Meehan Mulls Junior Plans

Brian Meehan will leave it until the last minute before making a decision on where to send David Junior this weekend.

Meehan´s well-regarded three-year-old is entered in the Group Two Royal Whip Stakes at the Curragh on Sunday and the Group Three Petros Rose of Lancaster Stakes at Haydock on Saturday.

'It all depends on the weather so I don´t want to choose which race he runs until the last minute,' said Meehan.

'He is really well though and wouldn´t be jocked up if we didn´t feel he was in good health.'
