Trainer Michael Hourigan has stated that his stable star and Ireland?s leading chaser Beef Or Salmon is still on the easy list following an overreach suffered when winning the James Nicholson Chase at Down Royal earlier this month.Hourigan mentioned 'we?re a little afraid of infection down the outside of his foot as there?s a little movement there, but after another week or so (of work) on the beach at Asdee, Co Kerry, all should clear up, hopefully.'Plans for the gelding?s next run are far from concrete at the moment with Hourigan reporting 'he?s won the Hilly Way Chase at Cork (December 12) a few times before but I?m also going to put him in the John Durkan Memorial Chase at Punchestown, which takes place the previous Sunday. He?ll probably run in one of those races.'
