Nassau Nine A Stellar Prospect Ante-post favourite Mandesha features among the nine confirmations for the Blue Square Nassau Stakes at Goodwood on Saturday.Alain de Royer-Dupre's charge is likely to take on Light Shift and Peeping Fawn, respective winners of the English and Irish Oaks.Henry Cecil's filly had the Aidan O'Brien-trained inmate back in second at Epsom but the roles were reversed at the Curragh in mid-July when Peeping Fawn proved three and a half lengths too strong. In a potentially mouthwatering renewal of the 10-furlong Group One, dual 1000 Guineas heroine Finsceal Beo could represent Jim Bolger, while Nannina and Speciosa are also still engaged.Nannina won the Windsor Forest Stakes at Royal Ascot, while the Pam Sly-trained Speciosa lifted last season's 1000 Guineas and filled the runner-up spot behind Peeping Fawn in the Pretty Polly at the Curragh in June.Completing the possibles are Dont Dili Dali, Sweet Lilly and Yaqeen. The latter is trained by Michael Jarvis, whose Silkwood was one of the more notable defectors along with Alexander Tango and Prix d'Astarte third Simply Perfect.(C) PA Sport
