Navan Stage Friday Inspection

Saturday's fixture at Navan is in doubt due to the persistent inclement weather.

The course is currently waterlogged in places, which prompted officials at the track to call an inspection for 7.30am on Friday ahead of racing the following day.

Cliff Noone of the Irish Turf Club said: 'Navan is currently unraceable due to waterlogging.

'They inspected the track on Wednesday after it had been bucketing down with rain and there are parts that are waterlogged with areas of water lying on the course.'
