No break for Fehily Noel Fehily did not suffer a broken ankle following a crashing fall at Huntingdon yesterday as was first feared, it was revealed today. The jockey came to grief when the Nick Gaselee-trained Cassia fell at the second-last in the novices` hurdle. He was taken to Hitchinbrooke Hospital for X-rays to confirm the extent of his injuries. But his agent Chris Broad said: 'He didn`t break it, he`s pulled some ligaments and will be out for 10 days to a couple of weeks. 'It`s bad enough but we thought it was going to be worse. 'When I spoke to Noel last night he basically felt it was a result because he thought it was worse than that. 'He`s pulled ligaments and it`s very, very painful. It`s half-good news.'
