O'Brien contenders work well ahead of Curragh Challenge Aidan O'Brien will make a final decision today concerning whether Dylan Thomas or Septimus will represent him in Sunday's Listed Ascon Rohcon Alleged Stakes at the Curragh.The Ballydoyle based trainer worked his horses yesterday morning and later expressed his delight, ' They all worked very well and I could not be more pleased with them', he said, 'They will be all tested in the morning after which we will make a decision concerning Sunday. We could run two in the Listed Verglas Loughbrown Stakes, while it will be either Dylan Thomas or Septimus in the Ascon Rohcon Alleged Stakes. The plan is to let Marcus Andronicus take his chance in the Group 3 Castlemartin and La Louviere Studs Gladness Stakes.' Meanwhile, Jedburgh and Steenburg have both been confirmed definite starters in the Group 3 contest by their respective trainers John Dunlop and Mark Tompkins. The Mark Johnston trained pair of Hinton Admiral and Prince of Light has yet to be confirmed as definite runners on Sunday, but according to a stable spokesperson, the two horses are 'likely to travel to the Curragh.'
