Plenty of Irish Interest in Coronation Spacious and Infallible, second and fourth respectively in the 1000 Guineas, will clash once more in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot on Friday. Both fillies are owned by Cheveley Park Stud and feature prominently in the betting for the one-mile Group One contest. Newmarket trainer James Fanshawe is looking forward to unleashing Spacious, having seen her progress since making a positive start to the year when finding only Natagora too strong at Headquarters. "We gave her some time off after the Guineas to allow her to get over the race, physically thrive and develop," Fanshawe said. "Her coat looks better than it did before Newmarket, I imagine most fillies will have come on since their last run as the weather has become warmer. "Jamie Spencer has ridden her in her last couple of bits of work and he seems happy with her," he said on his official website. Spacious will face strong opposition in the Coronation, however, as she seeks her first win at the highest level. Jim Bolger will be represented by Musidora winner Lush Lashes, who steps back markedly in trip after running in the Oaks, while Modern Look represents French interests. Carribean Sunset and Tuscan Evening, who finished second in the Irish 1000 Guineas before being demoted to fourth after a stewards´ inquiry, will also run along with Aidan O´Brien´s Psalm. Nahoodh has her first start for Mark Johnston as Muthabara, Raymi Coya and Love Of Dubai complete the 11-strong line-up.
