Prosser Delighted With Saturday´s Fields Twenty four horses, headed by the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Adagio, have been declared for Saturday´s Stan James 2000 Guineas on the NatWest Rowley Mile and although the long-time favourite, Teofilo, has been forced out by injury, Newmarket´s Director of Racing, Michael Prosser, is delighted by the big race line-up:'Only six times has there have been a bigger post-war field for the first Classic of the British season. There is plenty of quality in the line-up with at least half a dozen at the head of the betting very strongly fancied for victory by their connections. 'Adagio, US Ranger, Major Cadeaux and Diamond Tycoon were all deeply impressive winners in the last three weeks, while Dutch Art, Haatef and Strategic Prince carry forward top class form from last year.
