Ramonti Set For Darjina Rematch

Ramonti is 'on target' in his quest to redress the balance with Darjina in the Queen Elizabeth II Stakes at Ascot on Saturday.

Godolphin's three-time Group One winner went down by two lengths to Alain de Royer-Dupre's miler in the Prix du Moulin and is likely to bid for revenge at the weekend.

'Everything has gone well since Longchamp, where we were pleased with his run,' Godolphin racing manager Simon Crisford told the Racing Post.

'He's a horse who always gives his best and is a model of consistency.

'We're looking forward to seeing him run again but it's going to be a tough call, with lots of fancied runners.'
