Sakhee heads 17-strong Arc field A field of 17 was declared today for the Prix de l`Arc de Triomphe-Lucien Barriere on Sunday. And the leading contenders for the Longchamp showpiece enjoyed mixed fortune when the draw was announced. Godolphin`s Sakhee, heading the British challenge and likely to go off favourite for the 12-furlong contest, was handed an unfavourable wide berth in stall 15.Foreign Affairs, supplemented by Sir Mark Prescott yesterday, fared little better when he was handed stall 13. Sir Michael Stoute`s Little Rock is on his immediate outside with French Derby winner Anabaa Blue widest of all.Aidan O`Brien`s Rothmans St Leger hero Milan starts from stall one, with Stoute`s Golan and Michael Jarvis` Holding Court ideally positioned in six and seven. That will come as a relief to Golan`s big-race jockey Kieren Fallon, who has stressed all week the importance to his mount of a low draw. Two fancied fillies, Aquarelliste and Diamilina, rub shoulders in four and three respectively.Longchamp racecourse manager Gerard Grandchamp warned of more rain to come tomorrow. He said: 'It`s fine at the moment but we are due a bit of rain tomorrow, with a dry day forecast for Sunday. It looks like being very soft, but not as bad as it was a couple of years ago.'Runners and riders for the Arc de Triomphe on Sunday, October 7th at 3.30 p.m. (Irish time)Chimes At Midnight - Wayne Smith Anzillero - Kevin Woodburn Sakhee - Frankie Dettori Holding Court - Philip Robinson Little Rock - Johnny Murtagh Idaho Quest - Thierry Thulliez Hightori - Gerald Mosse Honorifique - Thierry Gillet Egyptband - Olivier Doleuze Sagacity - Yutaka Take Milan - Michael Kinane Anabaa Blue - Christophe Soumillon Saddler`s Creek - Foreign Affairs - George Duffield Golan - Kieren Fallon Diamilina - Olivier Peslier Aquarelliste - Dominique Boeuf
