Sins Too Good At Naas

Four Sins looked a filly with a future over middle distances when running out a comfortable winner of the Group Three Blue Wind Stakes at Naas.

The John Oxx-trained three-year-old found only her stablemate, subsequent Stan James 1000 Guineas runner-up Arch Swing, too good on her seasonal debut at Leopardstown last month and was sent off the 3-1 favourite to go one better in this 10-furlong contest.

She obliged with the minimum fuss, racing just behind the leaders for a long way before hitting the front a furlong or so out and scooting readily clear of Cherry Hinton and Nick´s Nikita for a two-and-a-half-length success.

The Aga Khan-owned daughter of Sinndar holds and entry in the Vodafone Oaks but Oxx said: 'I´m not sure yet about Epsom. I´m not sure whether the race or the track would suit and she´s not a definite runner at this stage.

'She handled ground well and stayed on well.

'I think she´ll get an extra two furlongs OK. We might just get brave and go to Epsom, but we might wait and go to the Curragh.'
