Spencer Hawk Wing link played down Jamie Spencer`s agent today played down Press speculation linking the jockey with the mount on Sagitta 2000 Guineas favourite Hawk Wing.Reports claimed that the 21-year-old is set to partner the colt at Newmarket a week tomorrow for Aidan O`Brien, who has often used Spencer in the past. But the jockey`s agent Ray Cochrane said this morning: 'Mr O`Brien likes to take his time making decisions and nothing has been confirmed - it is only speculation.'Hawk Wing is 6-4 favourite for the Guineas with William Hill and Ladbrokes, having won three races last year including the Group One National Stakes at the Curragh.Riding plans for the Classic are up in the air as stable-jockey Michael Kinane is banned that day - and even if he gets the suspension reduced on appeal he is thought likely to opt to partner Johannesburg in the Kentucky Derby the same day instead.Spencer, who won Group races for O`Brien on Landseer and Mutinyonthebounty last year, already has the mount on 1000 Guineas second favourite Gossamer to look forward to a week on Sunday.
