Sublimity First for Hennessy Trainer Robbie Hennessy will have his first runner when Sublimity lines up for the WBX.com Fighting Fifth Hurdle at Newcastle on Saturday. The former Champion Hurdler is owned by the trainer's father and has enjoyed a smooth preparation for his return to action. "The horse is very good - so far so good. We've had a great run of luck with him, no mishaps and he's very well," the trainer told At The Races. That's in sharp contrast to last season when John Carr was only able to get him on the track three times - including a return to the Champion Hurdle when he finished fourth behind Katchit. "Last year he had a bit of bad luck and got cast in his box which set him back a few weeks with a knock on the shin. He also had mucus on his lings. It was a bad year for him," Henenssy said. "He ran a cracker again in the Champion and coming down to the last I thought he was going to win it as he was travelling better than anything. The rain in the morning didn't' help and the preparation wasn't 100 per cent and it just told in the end."
