Swan Mulling Offshore Options

Offshore Account's trainer Charlie Swan is unsure as to the next step for his highly-rated chaser.

Offshore Account boasts a Grade One victory at the Punchestown Festival among his four successes as a novice over fences last season.

But after apparently finding the Betfair Chase a bit hot on his return ? he unseated his rider when looking beaten ? Swan is in a quandary.

The Irishman explained: 'I still have him in the Lexus Chase (as well as the King George) but that is looking a very hot race.

'It is hard to find a race for him really and from his current mark he would struggle to win a handicap.

'He might take a couple of runs to get going this season and he could go for the Lexus, but otherwise I could run him in a hurdle.'
