Taoiseach delivers blow to Galway Races Taioseach Brian Cowan announced at his party´s National Executive meeting on Thursday evening that Fianna Fail´s tent at the Galway races in July will be axed this year. The Taoiseach has instructed the party´s General secretary to undertake a review of membership, recruitment and organisation of the party which will also cover fund raising and as the Galway tent has been a prominent fund raising tool for a number of years it will be put on hold while the review takes place.
