Trafford Fine after Drinmore Win Dusty Sheehy's Trafford Lad has emerged unscathed after his Drinmore Chase heroics at Fairyhouse. The six-year-old has now won at Grade One level over both hurdles and fences and is one of the favourites for the Royal & SunAlliance Chase but a tilt at the Powers Gold Cup back at Fairyhouse in April is also an option. Sheehy said: "He's great, he's 100%. Everything went the right way and I don't think there were many excuses for everything else. Bar Tranquil Sea I think everything else seemed to run to par." He added: "We've beaten Forpadydeplasterer twice now so there are no excuses for him. There's a race at Leopardstown over three miles at Christmas for him and we'll be having a look at that next. "He'll go on any ground but I believe he's better on better ground than we had on Sunday. "We'll have to have a look at the Powers Gold Cup in the spring because it is worth a lot of money and there is no point in leaving it behind if we are capable of winning it - but I'd love to have a winner at Cheltenham so we'll see."
