Treble joy for McCoy Tony McCoy took his tally for the season to 90 with a near 6-1 treble at Uttoxeter today. The jockey`s three winners - Maragun (4-5), Ashley Muck (evens) and Better Offer (10-11) - were all for Martin Pipe, who has now saddled 71 winners so far this campaign.Maragun got the Ulsterman off to a winning start by beating market rival Spectrometer by seven lengths in the Jewson Novices` Hurdle Series Qualifier.'The race was run to suit him. They went slow early and my horse has plenty of toe, he won over a mile on the flat. The boss has him in good form and that makes my job easier,' he told the Racing Channel.'He is progressing but he was disappointing on his first three or four runs and I wouldn`t get carried away with him just yet. We are just taking it steady with him. He`s a still a bit novicey at his hurdles.'Ashley Muck made it four in a row with a two and a half length verdict over Torn Silk in the Grolsch Handicap Chase.'The boss has done a great job with him. I rode him three months ago and I told the owner and the trainer that I never wanted to see the horse again and he has won five since!' said McCoy.He completed his trio on Better Offer, who outsped Danegold on the run-in in the Carling Handicap Hurdle.'That was good. Better Offer is a bit of a quirky horse. I won on him for Amanda Perrett at Ascot two or three years ago. He won with a claimer aboard last time and on that you could have fancied him.'
