Visindar Back Next Year Vodafone Derby fifth Visindar has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with attentions now being switched to a four-year-old campaign. The Aga Khan-owned son of Sinndar has not been seen since returning sore after his Epsom exertions and missed intended engagements in the Prix Eugene Adam and the Irish Champion Stakes due to a setback.Connections have now decided to write off the rest of 2006 and believe the colt will reap the benefit of another winter on his back.'When Visindar came out of the Epsom race it became apparent that it all came a little bit too quickly for him,' said Pat Downes, racing manager to the Aga Khan.'He was very jarred up after the race and he is still a big, backward individual and we've taken the view that it would be wise to give him the rest of the year off.'We'll get going with him again next year. With the benefit of another winter under his belt he is a horse we would have very high hopes for next year,' Downes told At The Races.(C) PA Sport
