Williams Considering Christmas Play Options Evan Williams is considering the skybet.com Rowland Meyrick Handicap Chase as a potential alternative to the Lexus Chase for State Of Play.Last season's Hennessy winner has not been seen since finishing a creditable second behind Ollie Magern in the Charlie Hall at Wetherby earlier in the campaign.Williams said: 'I'm delighted with him really and it's just a case of deciding where we go over the Christmas period.'He's in the Lexus and he'll probably get an entry at Wetherby in the Rowland Meyrick on Boxing Day.'He seemed to enjoy the track up there last time in the Charlie Hall and, although he'd be giving away a lot of weight, it's something we should definitely look at.'(C) PA Sport
