Yeats Stars On Sunday

Yeats, winner of last year´s Ascot Gold Cup, returns to action in the Listed Vintage Crop Stakes at Navan tomorrow.

Aidan O´Brien gives his six-year-old a first start since finishing a disappointing seventh in the Melbourne Cup last November.

Yeats, who also took the Goodwood Cup last term, steps back in trip to a mile and five furlongs as he tackles nine rivals including the Mick Quinlan-trained Glitter Baby.

O´Brien´s Cherry Hinton, who is as short as 25-1 with Coral for the Vodafone Oaks, makes her racecourse bow later on the same card.

The half-sister to Derby winner Galileo is one of 10 runners in the Coolmore Ad Valorem (Fillies) Race.
