FormscanBy John O'Riordan - BLANC DE NOIR should be progressing quickly enough to follow up his recent win at the Curragh. The Jessica Harrington-trained colt won with a bit in hand last time and doesn't look overburdened with a 5lb rise. As a hold up horse, he will need to get the breaks from his inside draw but the Showcasing colt should be finishing better than most. Little Keilee, who overcame a wide berth to win easily at Sligo in April, should be a live contender. Dylan Browne McMonagle retains the ride on the Ciaran Murphy-trained filly on this occasion. Aussie Girl takes a big drop in class here having finished third at the Curragh last time. She won't find it easy to make all in this field but expect to see her take a prominent position from the outset.
An extended handicap for three years old only (80 = 10st)Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
