FormscanBy Michael Graham - Joseph O'Brien's LAKOTA SEVEN, who holds a Group 1 National Stakes entry, made a more than pleasing debut at Down Royal when chasing home his stablemate from a wide draw. Thunderbear was gambled on in a different race at Down Royal and stepped up on his debut ninth to finish second behind the odds-on winner. He didn't lay a glove on that winner, but was still nicely clear of the remainder. He has the best draw in stall one to work from. Newcomer Master Garvey is a brother of a horse who won four times (including on debut) and who was also Listed placed. Market support would be interesting. Brazilian Song finished behind Lokota Seven in fourth in the north and will be eyeing prize money. Roman Hands is a potential improver.
