FormscanBy Michael Graham - Willie Mullins holds a very strong hand with four runners. His EL FABIOLO is hard to oppose on the back of an excellent run in a Grade 1 novices' hurdle at Aintree earlier this month. He really made the favourite Jonbon work hard for a neck victory after delivering a strong challenge on the run-in. He won his maiden hurdle on debut at Tramore by 13 lengths. His stablemate, Ha D'or, was only caught close home in a Grade 2 by Flame Bearer who gets the chance to frank the form in the 6.00 race on this card. This French import has kept very good company in Ireland outside of his runs in maiden hurdles. He won his maiden in Fairyhouse and there are more races to be won with him. Another Mullins horse, Bring On The Night, couldn't land a blow in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at Cheltenham but did keep on for fourth. There is likely to be much more to come from this Naas maiden hurdle winner. Micro Manage and Watch House Cross have the ability to get involved.
