FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SEA OSCAR has raced in three countries and for five trainers but could benefit from stepping up to this distance for the first time. A well-bred half-sister to Ballydoyle's smart Greenland, she is by Sea The Stars so should stay the distance and has good form on this surface. Vee Dancer, at the time of writing, is declared to run on Wednesday but is ideally suited by this distance on the all-weather and should compete from his revised rating. He defeated Mephisto to win last month and while both have obvious claims, are vulnerable to lesser exposed types. Foreign Policy has been running well enough over shorter distances and is tried in first-time cheekpieces while Curious Bride was beaten by Mephisto in January and has some place claims. The Abbey has one win from just two runs at this venue but returns from a break aged 10.
