FormscanBy John O'Riordan - Although done no favours with a wide draw, ADAM'S ANGEL looks capable of a big run in this grade. The Francis Casey-trained gelding should be all the better for a recent return at Dundalk after a mid-summer break. Prior to that, the son of Prince Of Lir ran a nice race in a Gowran handicap that has subsequently thrown up plenty of winners. He looks a thoroughly genuine type who will be staying on better than most. Linger For Longer needs to settle better than last time but if doing so, the filly is capable of being involved. The form of her Tipperary second has worked out exceptionally well in the interim. Stormie Outlook didn't enjoy the best of runs when fourth at Listowel recently so that form can be upgraded slightly. She remains open to improvement after just the five starts.
An extended handicap for three years old only rated 47-70Penalties - (after calculation of the handicap) A winner shall carry 7lb extra for each race won.
