FormscanBy Tom Weekes - PALM BEACH ran a good race on hurdles debut over course and distance earlier this month and can get off the mark over jumps. A heavy-ground maiden flat winner for Aidan O'Brien, PALM BEACH showed promise on his jumps debut and having bumped into a better experienced rival then, should have learned from that run and looks capable of holding Zoffanien, who was third. Zoffanien is nonetheless a danger and having won twice on the flat (once on heavy ground) in France, should also improve from his jumps debut but has a little to find with the selection. Star Of Cashel is a very notable hurdles recruit, coming from a good flat yard. He should be ok on today's really heavy ground and while his best form is over 7f-1m, he reached a flat rating of 91 last July. It is interesting connections have sent him hurdling because his sire No Nay Never has yet to have jumps winner from just a handful of runners. Complete Fantasy is a well experienced hurdler and while he can get involved, might bump into a few too strong. On Guard was very wayward on hurdles debut at Killarney in October, was a non-runner twice since, doesn't look straightforward and now runs in a first-time hood. Useful flat performer Call Me Rocky is probably best watched on hurdles debut.
