FormscanBy Mark Nunan - She hasn’t managed to win since landing a valuable 3m handicap hurdle at the Punchestown Festival of 2019 but this looks a good opportunity for MY SISTER SARAH. Paul Townend’s mount, who wears first-time cheekpieces, ran well when chasing home stablemate Great White Shark at the Galway Festival and her second to The Storyteller at the same track last month wasn’t a bad effort either. A staying-on third place finish in a Flat maiden at Listowel should have sharpened her up nicely for this. Shanning has 5lbs to find on ratings and hasn’t sparkled in three runs so far this year, while Surin (declared to run over fences at Fairyhouse on Saturday) lacks a recent run and has a very stiff task under her penalty for a Grade 3 win last year. Felicidad made a winning start in Ireland at Listowel but this is a big rise in class for her.
