FormscanBy Mark Nunan - All three of his career wins have come at this track and YOUNG DEV might be able to add to his good record at Limerick having had a comeback spin at Listowel last month. He wasn’t disgraced on that occasion and the 6-year-old grey by Fracas is still open to a bit of improvement. Twice a winner over hurdles here on testing ground, conditions look in place for a big run. At the foot of the handicap, Drifting Back can give a good account having overcome a lay-off when staying on well to win a maiden hurdle at Ballinrobe. Ballinaboola Steel is a really tough sort who’s won three times in a busy spell since August but his latest hike in the ratings for winning at Listowel might prove too much. It’s surprising that, for a horse of his ability, Agent Boru has managed only one win but there was money for him when running creditably last time at Punchestown and he might have come forward a nice bit for that first outing since last Christmas.
