FormscanBy Tom Weekes - WEDDELL SEA had little trouble winning an ordinary Roscommon maiden and is suited by conditions. He steps up in grade but is a progressive four year old who competes from a workable, unofficial rating of 116, under a 5lb claimer. Dartington returned to form winning at Wexford and while he has obvious claims, is without his previous rider's 7lb claim and now competes from 122. Tom McGreevy has useful course and distance form and while 2lb wrong at the weights, his rider again claims 5lb and is consistent. Barbaha Queen is well handicapped with her 99 rating, having beaten a 114-rated horse when receiving 7lb at Clonmel and is entered for a Roscommon handicap on Monday. However she is totally unsuited by today's conditions being 17lb 'wrong', albeit under a 7lb claimer. Churchtown Ruby won here last month but was well held at Downpatrick while I Don't Get It gained a belated win at Downpatrick but is wrong at these weights.
