FormscanBy Mark Nunan - A half-sister to useful dual Flat winner Angels Amy, ANGELS DAWN has been very consistent in bumpers this season and might get her turn here. The daughter of Yeats reached the frame behind Willie Mullins-trained winners on three occasions before finishing a creditable fourth (Mollys Glory 4.5 lengths behind her in sixth) in a Listed mares’ bumper at Navan. Humble Glory was second in a 2m5f maiden hurdle at Tramore and switches back to run in a bumper for the first time. She’s clearly a contender but may prefer further. Red As Rust ran well against geldings on her bumper debut before running into a very impressive winner last time at Naas. She, and Suil Alainn who was a place behind her then having previously shown ability over hurdles, both have claims along with Mississippi Wine who wasn’t beaten far in fifth at this track earlier in the month when taking on geldings.
