FormscanBy Michael Graham - PRAIRIE DANCER ran a lovely race on debut for fourth over a similar trip at this track, and there should be plenty of improvement to come. He was held up before making up a lot of ground inside the final furlong to finish fourth, a nose away from third. That race confirmed his ability to get through testing ground. Urban Step could build upon a third in Naas (on good ground) and a fifth at Tipperary. It is worth noting that the winning horse he finished three and a half lengths behind in Naas, Steel Bull, has since landed the Group 3 Molecomb at Goodwood. Urban Beat wasn’t at his best on slower ground at Tipperary, so it remains to be seen if he wants the going this attritional. Jim Bolger’s Slan Tamall is worth a market check on her first start.
