FormscanBy Michael Graham - A full field but not a lot of obvious chances. SHANROE AL C could make a winning return. He ran up a sequence of four victories in a row last year - three handicap hurdles and then a handicap chase at Tipperary in October. His trainer Karl Thornton has always said that chasing was going to be his game. His best form has come on good ground as, after his winning run, he was beaten into second at Navan and fourth in Leopardstown on rain-softened ground. His last outing saw him hampered and unseat his rider at Thurles in January. There should be more victories to be had with him over the bigger obstacles on better ground. Flirting Lesa has claims. She has gone well off a break before and was a solid second in a qualified riders' handicap chase at Listowel in September. Trip and ground are fine for her, and Paul Cawley takes 7lb off her back.
