FormscanBy Tom Weekes - AISTEOIR's form in four runs thus far has been hit-and-miss but is a hopeful pick to win this open looking handicap. Her best run was when finishing second in a Curragh maiden in October, albeit when well held by the winner, and while she subsequently disappointed at Dundalk, was found to be blowing hard post-race and is surely better judged by her Curragh run. She has plenty weight today but can at least give a good account over a favourable distance and from a good draw in 5. Treble Cone is a previous course and distance winner and while he has been well beaten on his last two starts, those were on testing ground and a return to a sound surface will greatly help today. New Vocation has indeed found a new vocation having left Jim Bolger's for new connections and while she is a dual winner and proven at this grade, would ideally prefer a longer trip. Similarly Reddiac is a proven performer at this grade in Britain but would also probably prefer another quarter mile.
