FormscanBy Tom Weekes - ECLIPTIC MOON's two wins have been at a mile at Dundalk but won well enough at that all-weather venue nine days ago to suggest he might transfer that form to quick ground on turf. He is clearly well suited to a mile and while 8lbs higher than when winning at Dundalk, being a 4yo he is open to some more progression. Caesar's Comet is a five-time winner, was second to the selection at Dundalk and has his chance on revised terms and under his same ride, who claims 7lbs today. Colonel Slade, third in the Dundalk race, is another to have won both his race on the all-weather and should go well from his mark while Summer's Dream is in excellent form but has a wide draw in 16 to overcome. Miss Florentine is in excellent form and tries a mile for the first time.
