FormscanBy Michael Graham - Balmari sets the standard with a mark of 81. He has attained that on the back of three placed efforts in Dundalk, and now switches to turf for the first time. The form of his last appearance, when runner-up in December, has been endorsed by the winner who then travelled over to Southwell to hack up by eight lengths. The one concern is the ground as his sire's progeny often prefer much better ground than the forecast yielding (with more rain expected). EMIYN could be the one to side with. He travelled notably well on testing ground at Naas in March before finishing a close fifth to Russian Emperor, who has since delivered in a Group 3 at Royal Ascot. Emiyn was a fair fourth at Gowran Park last month on good ground, but it may be that he prefers a bit of cut which he will get. He has first-time blinkers. Mosala and Mr Wendell came home fifth and sixth respectively at the Curragh, and can get in the mix.
