FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - For an event in the 80 to 102 bracket it’s a little on the unusual side to see so much decent recent form being brought to the table. All the contenders in this grouping have their share of weight though, and looking a little down the through the runners CRACK ON CORRIE fits the bill when it comes to putting forward a selection. One of the top claimers, Simon Torrens, is aboard Willie Austin’s mare, to help further with his five pound allowance, and the course winner is back over hurdles after finishing second in a chase last time. An extended two and a quarter miles might be on the sharp side for Crack On Corrie, but it’s hardly a huge issue. Quarry Girl doesn’t seem to be overburdened off a mark of 102 for her handicap debut. The likes of Damut, Westy Fox and Hilltop Supreme will have their supporters as well.
