Formscan By Alan Magee - BUDDY ONE has been a model of consistency in competitive handicaps at the big Festival meetings this year and was placed on soft ground in 2m4f events at both Cheltenham and Aintree in the spring. The selection also shaped well at this venue in August when making the frame behind Ifiwerearichman and should be spot on for this having also been placed at Listowel last month. Lord Snootie is a very interesting raider for Christian Williams. The point-to-point winner stays well having won over 3m2f on soft ground at Warwick last season and was putting in his best work at the finish last time at the Punchestown Festival. Santonito won a 2m3f Clonmel maiden last term but disappointed subsequently when upped in trip while Krabat, Alpesh Amin and Missiee all appreciate testing ground conditions.

An extended handicap hurdle for four years old and upwards (140 = 11st 12lbs)
