Approximately 2 furlongs out, Bad Habits (IRE), unplaced, shifted slightly right-handed, at the same time as, the winner, Montrachet Girl (IRE), moved left-handed causing Mckenna (IRE), placed third, to be tight for room.
After viewing a recording of the race, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of Montrachet Girl (IRE).
