Navan Thu, 27th Aug, 2026  Sunrush We were a bit worried about that (trip); we didn't know what to expect. The last 100 yards he pulled out a bit again, so we will be happy with that. He actually jumps very well.

Killarney Sat, 22nd Aug, 2026  Teofil Sparan Nua ran a cracker and she was just unlucky. She has a few scars on her following the race, but she will be ok. I wouldn't think those will hold her up though and we'll be sticking to the Group 1s from now on.

Killarney Sat, 22nd Aug, 2026  Teofil I rate him highly and he will probably go in a maiden hurdle next, although he could have a run on the Flat as well. He would be alright over 1m4f on the Flat as he has plenty of pace and isn't slow. I haven't been racing here in 10 or 15 years, not since I lost a gorgeous filly on the track.

Galway Mon, 27th Jul, 2026  Teofil It was the same race, I wasn’t here for that!. The pace was a bit slow for him in Punchestown and it didn’t suit him too well. Willie’s horse won well anyway but he would have run a better race at Punchestown with more pace. He was kind of doing his own pace there today and it worked out well. I think he’ll stay well, I’m also hoping that maybe one day he’ll win the two-mile Champion Chase, when he gets better ground.

Fairyhouse Wed, 1st Jul, 2026  Vanir I really fancied her coming today and thought she would appreciate stepping up to a mile-and-a-half,. She’s not easy on herself, she’s a hardy one. Will Hayes, in all fairness, does a good job with her in the stalls. She wears a blanket. She’s excitable and full of energy. Ben says a mile-and-a-half is no problem but we might drop her back to ten the next time. They went slow and she jumped well and was keen. He didn’t want to be there. She’s a big strong girl and she should develop into a nice filly. Hopefully next year will be another year for her as well.
