Terms of Participation Facebook And Twitter

The Organiser

Better Collective A/S, with the registered office at Sankt Annæ Plads 28, 1250 Copenhagen K, Denmark (the “Organiser”) and the owner of www.irishracing.com (the “Website”) is holding a 'Ticket giveaway’ (hereinafter referred to as the Giveaway”) completely free of charge.

Eligibility

1. In order to participate in the ‘Ticket Giveaway’ a participant (the "Participant", "You", “Your”) must be over 18 years of age.
2. The competition is open only to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
3. By taking part in this competition, you consent to these Terms of Participation and the Privacy Policy.
4. Employees, freelancers, and brand ambassadors hired by the Organiser, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Giveaway.

Start and Closing Date

1. The ticket giveaway starts on 10/03/2026
2. The Giveaway shall end the day before each described raceday that tickets are being given away for

How to Participate

1. Participating in the giveaway is completely free of charge.
2. In order to participate in the Giveaway, you need to follow the following social media profiles:
   • https://x.com/irishracing
   • https://www.facebook.com/irishracingcom/

   and like the relevant post published on this social media profile.

3. Each Participant can put only like on the relevant Giveaway post.

Prizes

1. The Prize will be awarded to 5 Participants (the “Winners”).
2. The Winners will be chosen through a random draw
3. The Winners will be awarded two tickets, (The “Prize”).
4. The Winner will be announced publicly via the relevant Giveaway posts published on the social media profiles listed in the “How to Participate” section.
5. The Organiser will contact the Winners in order to organise the handover of the Prize.
6. The Winners will have a maximum of 4 hours to provide the Organiser with the necessary information for the handover of the Prize. In case the Winner fails to provide the necessary information within the prescribed time, his/her win will be voided, and the other Winner will be randomly selected.
7. The Organiser will arrange the handover of the Prize to be collected at the racecourse.
8. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and the option to receive a cash equivalent as an alternative is not available
9. It is the Winners' responsibility to report the winnings to the tax authorities if required to do so by the law.

Personal Data

1. For the purpose of Your successful participation in this Giveaway, the Organiser has to process Your X or Facebook username. The processing of this personal data is necessary to distinguish You from other Participants and to publicly announce the giveaway due to transparency reasons.
2. In case you are the winner of the Giveaway, the Organiser will ask you to provide Your personal name and Your email address. The processing of these personal data is necessary solely for the purpose of delivering the Prize.
3. More information about Your data protection rights and how we process, store and protect Your personal data might be found in the Privacy Policy.

Breach of Rules

1. Not following the relevant X or Facebook account or reposting more than once on the relevant Giveaway post is foreseen as a breach of the rules of these Terms of Participation.
2. Any Participant found to be in breach of the rules and regulations set forth for the Giveaway will be subject to disqualification.

Request for Clarification / Complaints

1. Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in these Terms of Participation will be dealt with at the discretion of the Organiser’s administration.
2. If You wish to contest some of our decisions, You can do so by sending an email to [email protected].
3. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to Danish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Giveaway Terms of Participation shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Denmark.

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Giveaway. Participation at its sole discretion and will notify Participants of any significant changes by making an announcement via a relevant Giveaway post.
