Sunday's Daily Pointers After a busy and successful week at York jockey Ryan Moore turns his attention to Yarmouth today, taking rides in six of the seven races on the card. One of those is Mark Johnston’s Fred in the six furlong nursery at 4.00, a horse who came unstuck in a deeper race than this at Glorious Goodwood, but had previously won novice events at both Leicester and Haydock. The 4.10 Goodwood looks every inch the race of the day, with a field of 11 due to do battle in the Group 3 Supreme Stakes. Top rated is Henry Candy’s Limato, but in receipt of 11 pounds perhaps a value play could be the John Gosden-trained Angel’s Hideaway. The master trainer opts to add a pair of first time-sheepskin cheekpieces to this talented filly, who four starts back was good enough to be fourth in the 1,000 Guineas. FansBet ambassador Rab Havlin rides. Jockey Oisin Murphy is in a seriously purple patch at present and will have high hopes of extending his superb recent form aboard Sir Michael Stoute’s Arctic Ocean in the 4.45 Goodwood. The winner of two of her last three starts, this filly disappointed at Doncaster last time out but has the opportunity to redeem herself here. Lambourn trainer Owen Burrows has his small team in sizzling form of late, and he commits his sole runner of the day on the long trek north to Beverley, as handicap debutant Jomrok goes in the 5.00 race. Placed in all three runs to date, Jomrok starts life in handicaps down in distance off a mark of 79. FansBet are committed to giving 50 per cent of their net profits back to fans.
