FormscanBy Michael Graham - CARO DES FLOS is hard to oppose. His second place at Thurles reads well in the context of this race, with most of his rivals struggling to find their form. That was over a longer trip but he has form at around this distance and should make his presence felt. Although he was two lengths adrift of the winner in Thurles, he pulled 10 lengths clear of the third home. A market move for newcomer Devil's Glen would be interesting. Alan Fleming and Denis O'Regan know what is required to land this race having done so with Holly Flight last year. Devil's Glen is by Jeremy so you would imagine he will relish the tough conditions. She could get in the mix for prize money with her sights lowered. Percy couldn't land a blow against runaway winner Stormy Ireland in Fairyhouse but there is nothing of her calibre here, so he has to be respected for Gordon Elliott who does so well at this venue.
