Brightly a timely win for Harrington
Trainer Jessica Harrington will have taken heart from the win of her Blaze Brightly in the www.tipperaryraces.ie Race at Tipperary this evening, as the days count down to Pathfork’s run in the 2,000 Guineas.
Ridden by Fran Berry Blaze Brightly ran out the comfortable three lengths winner and Harrington subsequently stated “she might have improved a little and will go for a Listed race soon. Today’s ground, not too soft or firm, was perfect for her.”
Harrington’s Pathfork is currently second favourite, at 5/1, to win the first Classic on the season , at Newmarket on Saturday.
