Harriet Waight was cautioned as CRWATER (IRE) had arrived in the Parade Ring without its declared cheek pieces, which were then located and fitted to the gelding before going to the start.
An enquiry was held to consider interference on the bend prior to running down the hill involving, Liberty Rock (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Mr Rian Corcoran and Mumbo Jumbo (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Miss Gina Andrews.
Being a 7lb claiming amateur, Mr Corcoran was accompanied in the enquiry.
Mr Corcoran was suspended for 5 days for careless riding on dates to be notified to him by the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority, as he moved his mount left-handed towards the rail when insufficiently clear, causing Mumbo Jumbo (IRE) to clip heels and stumble.
An enquiry was held to consider whether Mr Rian Corcoran the rider of Liberty Rock (IRE), unplaced, had continued in the race when the horse appeared to have no more to give.
Being a 7lb claiming amateur, Mr Corcoran was accompanied in the enquiry.
The rider and the Veterinary Officer were interviewed, and recordings of the incident were viewed.
The rider was suspended for 8 days on dates to be notified to him by the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
An enquiry was held to consider whether Mr Harvey Barfoot-Saunt, the rider of For One Night Only (IRE), unplaced, had continued in the race when the horse appeared to have no more to give.
Being a 7lb claiming amateur, Mr Barfoot-Saunt was accompanied by a senior amateur rider.
The rider and the Veterinary Officer were interviewed, and recordings of the incident were viewed.
The rider was suspended for 12 days on dates to be notified to him by the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority.
