THE NETBET EASTER FESTIVAL NOVICE STAKES (CLASS 4) (GBB RACE) An enquiry was held to consider interference inside 2 furlongs out involving Innichen (ITY), unplaced, ridden by George Bass and Dei Gratia Regina (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Hollie Doyle.
The interference was found to be accidental as Bass angled right-handed for clear running which did not materialise as a result of being placed on the heels of a weakening Postcard (GB), unplaced, which resulted in him clipping a heel and stumbling.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approximately 1 ½ furlongs out when Paper View, placed fourth, ridden by Sean Levey interfered with Mystical Magical (IRE), unplaced, ridden by Kieran O’Neill.
Levey was cautioned for careless riding as he angled his mount right-handed when insufficiently clear causing O’Neill to take a slight check.
Following the race, Callum Hutchinson reported that Magical Life (GB), unplaced, was slowly away and ran green.
