You would have to be happy with that. He did it well and Danny gave him a lovely introduction into it. Fingers crossed he’ll be alright as he’s been a bit tricky with mishaps and things. The team at home and the vets and Fethard clinic have all been a great help in getting him right. That might be his job. He was hitting the bar last year but it’s hard to keep him right. At the request of the Stewards, Rachael Blackmore, rider of Cool Saint (FR), trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount which had not run since March made a bad mistake at the first fence, jumped careful thereafter, took a good blow turning into the home straight and was not fluent at the final fence before staying on at the finish.
