Permission was given for Top Lad (GB), Duchess T (GB), and Henriette Ronner (GB) to wear a red hood to post.
An enquiry was held to consider interference approaching the first bend involving Twilight Baby (GB), unplaced, ridden by Sean Kirrane, Duchess T (GB), unplaced, ridden by Lewis Chalkley, and the winner, India Gold (IRE), ridden by Shane Gray.
Kirrane was suspended for 3 days for careless riding as he edged in when insufficiently clear, causing Chalkley to take a significant check off heels, which in turn caused Gray to check and be moved off his intended line.
Following the race, Joe Fanning reported that Irish Incentive (IRE), unplaced, was denied a clear run from one and a half furlongs out.
Pierre-Louis Jamin reported that Silky Lass (GB), unplaced, ran green.
