The IHRB have suspended the relevant part of Rule 78 to enable horses which run in this race (excluding the winner) to retain their Hunters Certificate for the remainder of the 2024/2025 season. HRI Directive 10 has been suspended for the purpose of this race and the following procedures for elimination and balloting of horses will apply. (i) The number of declared runners shall be reduced by first balloting those horses that have not won a Point-To-Point steeplechase since 5th October, 2024.
