A pair of Kings trump rivals at Listowel Listowel’s GAIN The Advantage Series Handicap, over a mile, was won by Majestic King (7/2) who made virtually all from stall one to win readily under Galway Plate and Galway Hurdle-winning jockey Daniel King. A winner at Gowran Park in May, the Moylare Stud-bred and ex-Godolphin-owned five-year-old readily went clear in the straight to account for Zaraahmando by three and three-quarter lengths. The latter’s rider, apprentice title race-leader Sam Coen, wasted little time before jumping into a light aircraft in the centre of the course for a flight to Fairyhouse where he has four rides. Trainer Denis Hogan won the Gain The Advantage six-legged series following today's finale, receiving €5,000 worth of Gain Equine Nutrition products. "I am lucky that I am light enough to ride at the bigger weights on the Flat and when Denis and the owners asked me to ride, I was looking forward to it," explained King. "We had a nice draw, he broke well and it was simple enough from a long way out. "When I asked him, he picked up well. "We always liked him from when he got him and I rode him once in a maiden.
