ALL ROADS LEAD TO FAIRYHOUSE ON SUNDAY Fairyhouse is the place to be on Sunday afternoon when the Normans Grove Chase is the centrepiece of a typically competitive jumping programme beginning at 1.10pm.Michael O'Brien's Knife Edge heads the field for the eight-runner 2m1f feature but he certainly won't have things all his own way after putting in a creditable performance last time behind Moscow Flyer over a similar trip at Leopardstown at Christmas. On that occasion he forged to the front over the fourth last until relinquishing the advantage after the penultimate fence to the Queen Mother Champion Chase ante post market leader, who in turn went on to come home with five lengths to spare over JP McManus' gelding at the line.Go Roger Go was a further five lengths adrift in that contest and, given the fact that Edward O'Grady's ten-year-old was returning after a lengthy lay-off, he just might be the solution to this tricky contest on 4lbs better terms with Knife Edge this time. The field also includes ColonelBraxton which ran a cracker to finish six lengths adrift of Beef Or Salmon in the Ericsson and River Clodagh, who also filled the runner-up berth (btn 4 1/2L) to the emerging star Beef Or Salmon over two miles at Cork. The novice Soltero, who finally got his act together when winning at Cork earlier this month, is another with a squeak if putting his best foot forward but Go Roger Go just shades the verdict in what promises to be a cracking contest.
